The hall can accommodate a maximum of 100 people, including organisers and entertainers

- 15 oblong white tables – 1.5m x 0.75m with white cloths to fit
- 4 oblong wooden tables – 1.5m x 0.75m with white cloths to fit
- 2 or 3 other adhoc oblong tables with pink floral wipe clean cloths to fit
- 86 blue banqueting chairs
- 60 red plastic folding chairs
The kitchen is equipped with:
- 100 place settings – cutlery, crockery, cups/saucers, mugs (50), wine glasses and 1pt. beer glasses, and approx. 50 ½pt./short glasses
- 2 large fridges
- Range cooker
- Heated cupboard for dish warming
- 2 microwaves
- Hot water urn
- 2 kettles
- Set of 3 large saucepans
- Various large oven casserole dishes
- Large and small colander
- Two hostess trolleys with dishes
- Two counter top hot plates with dishes
- Various 1pt. jugs
