Equipment Available

The hall can accommodate a maximum of 100 people, including organisers and entertainers

The following equipment is available for use

  • 9 round tables – 1.5m diameter and white cloths to fit
  • 15 oblong white tables – 1.5m x 0.75m with white cloths to fit
  • 4 oblong wooden tables – 1.5m x 0.75m with white cloths to fit
  • 2 or 3 other adhoc oblong tables with pink floral wipe clean cloths to fit
  • 86 blue banqueting chairs
  • 60 red plastic folding chairs

The kitchen is equipped with:

  • 100 place settings – cutlery, crockery, cups/saucers, mugs (50), wine glasses and 1pt. beer glasses, and approx. 50 ½pt./short glasses
  • 2 large fridges
  • Range cooker
  • Heated cupboard for dish warming
  • 2 microwaves
  • Hot water urn
  • 2 kettles
  • Set of 3 large saucepans
  • Various large oven casserole dishes
  • Large and small colander
  • Two hostess trolleys with dishes
  • Two counter top hot plates with dishes
  • Various 1pt. jugs
